St Winifride's Pilgrimage arrives at Shrewsbury Abbey

The final stage of the 80 mile pilgrimage walk from Holywell to Shrewsbury took place on Mon 23 May. The pilgrims arrived at Shrewsbury Abbey where there was a Eucharist service to mark the end of the Pilgrimage and Bishop Sarah presented the Abbey with a new icon to be place in St Winifride's shrine.
