Latest news.

The next meeting of Kinnerley Mother's Union is on Thursday September 1st

at 1 pm  NOT 2pm. in St. Mary's  Church Kinnerley

This is because Helen, our speaker, has to be at a conference later the same day. The talk will be at 1pm followed by   our service and then teas.

Helen Palfrey, our Dioceson President will be speaking on "Transformation Now.  The way forward for our charity, Mother's Union".

We have invited other Mothers' Unions to join us to hear Helen speak.

Teas Sue and Carol.

We have no meeting in August   but we will be having a fund raising tea to raise  money for  the Mothers' Union "Summer of Hope".

This  celebrates the leadership of our Queen as our patron for the last 70 years.

Funds will go towards funding projects abroad for women leaders to help their communities with literacy, numeracy and writing so they can start businesses.and support their families.

In June ten of our  members enjoyed an afternoon with Yockleton MU.

We received a warm welcome, joined in a lovely service and had a scrumptious

tea finishing with strawberries and cream.

A very enjoyable afternoon  was had by all.

Come and join Mothers' Union and you won't miss out on the good times we have.
